Saint Francis de Sales and his friends by Maurice Henry-Couannier (Author). Hardback with dustjacket. Minor age wear to dustjacket. Minor age wear to book overall nice well bound clean copy. 1973. 412 pages.

The Visions of Therese Neumann. Paperback cover has wear and some stains. Inside nice clean copy in good condition. 1976 244 pages..

ST. DOMINIC By Sr. M. J. Dorcy, O.P. This is a paperback book 1982. It does have some cover wear. Inside nice clean copy well bound and in good condition. He multiplied bread and wine, raised people from the dead, fought the Albigensian Heresy, converted thousands with his preaching, gave the world the Rosary and founded the Dominican Order. In only five years he launched a spiritual movement that changed the shape of history! 173 Pp. PB. Impr. ISBN 1950

Saint Louis De Montfort The Story of Our Lady's Slave by Mary Fabyan Windeatt. Tan books. Paper back. Has a ring on the fron cover from a glass that was sitting on it otherwise nice good clean copy well bound. Though for children 12 and older, this is also probably the best biography for adults of St. Louis De Montfort, the "Apostle of Mary," famous preacher and author of True Devotion to Mary and The Secret of the Rosary. Truly inspiring! TAN Books. 211 Pp., PB. Impr.,20 Illus.

A Man of the Beatitudes: Pier Giorgio Frassati (Paperback) by Luciana Frassati (Author). Still sealed in original Shrink wrap.

Pier Giorgio Frassati (1901-1925) may not have seemed like your typical saint. He smoked cigars, liked hanging out with friends, loved the outdoors--especially mountain climbing, he came from a wealthy family, and engaged in political activism. In other words, he was not unlike many university students today. What made him different? He totally gave himself to Christ. Before he went climbing or skiing, he would go to Mass. Even though he could afford to ride trains first class, he rode third class in order to give the difference to the poor. Although he was an average student, he studied hard to become an engineer so that he would work with and witness to the working class miners. He actively opposed fascism because of its anti-Christian prejudice.

There is so much more to this amazing young man who died at 24 and the best person from whom to hear about it is his sister Luciana. In this book, translated from Italian, Luciana tells her brother's story-- of how he struggled against the world, his own weaknesses, and even the worldly expectations of his parents in order to follow Christ as best he could.

While the translation could have been better, it's not bad enough to disrupt comprehension. And since it's the only biography of the man in print in English, it's well worth reading it. Trust me, you will not regret getting to know Pier Giorgio.

Saint Thomas Moore Image Book Paperback 1958. Cover has some wear and tanning. Inside cover a few numbers written in otherwise inside nice clean copy well bound. Good reading. 250 Pages.

Song of Saint Bernadette Franz Werfel printed 1944. The cover has quite a bit of wear. The book is in good condition. The pages have tanned but are overall good clean strong and book is well bound. This is a factual novel of St Bernadette.

Mother Teresa: A Woman in Love by Edward Le Joly. 1993 copyright Paperback in like new condition. Nice clean copy well bound etc. . . A contemporary of Mother Theresa's who has known and worked with her from the beginning, Father Le Joly shares with readers his perspective on the events of this period. Emphasizing her spirituality and the love of Jesus which made it all possible, he tells how the Missionaries of Charity have grown over the last decade to over 450 houses in more than 100 countries. You Better Believe It by Kenneth J. Roberts You Better Believe It. A Playboy Turned Priest by Kenneth J. Roberts. Paperback Minor cover wear nice clean copy well bound overall condition is good. 1977 Imprimatur. Not risking the chance that teens might get "turned off" and miss the Good News, the author presents his answers in a way that teens will understand and enjoy. They'll recognize the problems he discusses as their problems--and they'll appreciate his concern.
