Holy Face of the Crucified Christ Rosary Prayer Chaplet
Here is another powerful chaplet that carries the power of the Holy Face with it. The medal a gold metal. It is a nice metal. The beads are bloodstone. Bloodstone, green jasper dotted with red spots of iron oxide through out it. Medieval Christians often used bloodstone to carve scenes of the crucifixion and martyrs, for which reason it was also dubbed the martyr's stone. According to the legend about the origin of bloodstone, it was first formed when drops of Christ's blood fell and stained some jasper at the foot of the cross. This is a very well hand wire wrapped chaplet. Made for lots of use and has such a handsome look to it. This is a terrific devotional. An instruction card is included.
